- GE AFGC32AM – GE® ENERGY STAR® 115V air purifier (model number# AFHC32AM) is effective in rooms up to 500 square feet and contains a two-stage filter system, a permanent washable pre-filter and a true 99.97% HEPA filter. The gray plastic casing has auto swing directional vents and stands approximately 27″ tall, 20″ wide and 12″ deep and weighs 27 lbs with a total shipping weight of 31 lbs. The sound level of the unit has been measured at the level of 53.0 dBA while on maximum the setting, when it pulls 86 W of power. Control panel features include automatic programmable settings for a 5-speed fan, a replacement filter indicator light and a dust/smoke/pollen sensor. Extras include a remote control, night mode and a non-resettable thermal cut-off. The CADR rating is 322 for smoke, 334 for dust and 326 for pollen.
